In this module we are going to look at some of the basic and universal skills that you will need to master in order to be a competent bartender. There are many different types of bar service and not all require the same sets of skills however the fundamentals of pouring a drink, serving it to a guest and maintaining an accurate record of your stock are common with almost any environment.

  • Understand and demonstrate practical competence in pouring and service of common beverage styles.
